We Can Manage All Your Technical Data
Creating amazing designs is only one facet of a precision cut and polished product. One of the other, often forgotten about facets is data management. There's no need to manage CAD and technical data in a shared drive. Not only is the "shared drive" approach clunky, it's also risky from a data loss perspective. We can provide a secure repository for all your technical data and product support files, in our secure in-house database called a "vault". The vault has built in revision control and workflow. This makes locking designs, tracking maturity, generating bills of material (BOM), and managing changes, seamless and easy.
We Believe In Transparency
Transparency and communication between design teams and stakeholders is one of the major cornerstones for success. We strongly encourage our clients to be part of the design and review process by virtually peeking over our shoulders at any time. Sollows can provide secure remote access to the project technical data from anywhere in the world; where clients can track project milesones and see the progress in real time. It's as good as or better than being able to walk down the hall and talk to the design team face to face. Furthermore, procurement and production line personal can have instant access to the BOM and latest revisions/releases of parts to know exactly what's going into an assembly. This ensures the highest quality product and a greater ROI for our clients.
Face to Face Is Still Important
Even though Sollows is a fully virtualized company, we recognize and appreciate the value of face to face collaboration. We are more than happy to spend time with our clients as needed to ensure project success. Often a combination of face to face and virtual is the optimal way to move designs along in a lean and efficient manner.
